Non-traditional Student Overcomes Adversity to Win First Place in Wheelchair Division of GO! St. Louis Marathon

Zach Young of Jackson, Mo., who is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in technology management with an emphasis in computer and multimedia graphics from Southeast Missouri State University, won first place in the wheelchair division and fifth place overall in the GO! St. Louis marathon.

President of Redhawks Golf Club Competes in National Collegiate Club Golf Tourney

Shawn Huering, raised on a farm in New Hamburg, Mo., recently qualified as an individual for the National Collegiate Club Golf Association tournament in Myrtle Beach, S.C. While he did not win, he shot 84-85 and placed in 126 out of 208 competitors.
