Zoie Flatt Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Zoie Flatt of Christopher, Ill., has received the Regents' Scholarship to attend Southeast Missouri State University for the 2014-2015 academic year.

Flatt is the daughter of Tina Bradley of Christopher. She will be a 2014 graduate of Christopher High School in Christopher.
