Zackary Manning Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Zackary Manning of Barnhart, Mo., has received the President's Scholarship to attend Southeast Missouri State University.

Manning is the son of Clair Manning of Menidrah, Idaho, and Jennifer Teeple of Barnhart. He will be a 2012 graduate of Windsor High School in Imperial, Mo.
