Zackary Koeller Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Zackary Koeller of Jackson, MO, has received the Regents' Scholarship to attend Southeast Missouri State University for the 2014-2015 academic year.

Koeller is the son of Cori and Jason Wray and Tony and Amy Koeller of Jackson, Mo., and will be a 2014 graduate of Jackson High School.
