Winthage Perera Graduates from Southeast Missouri State University

Winthage Perera, of West Boylston, MA, was among students receiving degrees during December 2012 commencement exercises held at Southeast Missouri State University.

Perera graduated with a Bachelor of Science with a major in technology management, telecommunications and computer network option.

U.S. Sen. Roy Blunt presented the commencement address.
