William Rider Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

William Rider of Anna, Ill., has received the Regents' Scholarship to attend Southeast Missouri State University for the 2013-2014 academic year.

Rider is the son of Gary and Dawn Rider of Anna. He will be a 2013 graduate of Anna-Jonesboro Community High School in Anna.
