Whitley Bieser Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Whitley Bieser of Ste. Genevieve, Mo., has received the President' s Scholarship and Residence Life Leadership Award to attend Southeast Missouri State University for the 2013-2014 academic year.

Bieser is the daughter of Steve and Diahann Bieser of Ste. Genevieve. She will be a 2013 graduate of Valle Catholic High School in Ste. Genevieve.
