Tyler Branham Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Tyler Branham of Carthage, TN, has received the Governor's Scholarship to attend Southeast Missouri State University for the 2015-2016 academic year.

Branham is the son of David and Annette Branham of Carthage, Tennessee, and will be a 2015 graduate of Smith County High School.
