Tory Meiser Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Tory Meiser of Bethalto, IL, has received the Regents' Scholarship to attend Southeast Missouri State University for the 2015-2016 academic year.

Meiser is the daughter of Todd and Brenda Meiser of Bathalto, Illinois, and will be a 2015 graduate of Civic Memorial High School.
