Thanappuhettige Gomes Graduates from Southeast Missouri State University

Thanappuhettige Gomes of Cape Girardeau, MO, was among 1,333 students receiving degrees during spring 2013 commencement exercises May 11 at Southeast Missouri State University.

Gomes graduated with a Bachelor of Science with a major in engineering technology: electrical and control option .

Gary Downing, a Southeast alumnus and chief executive officer of Insight Pharmaceuticals, presented the commencement address.
