Tamatha Barnard Graduates from Southeast Missouri State University

Tamatha Barnard, of Cooter, MO, was among students receiving degrees during spring commencement exercises May 12 held at Southeast Missouri State University.

Barnard graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Education with a major in middle school education .

Missouri Gov. Jay Nixon presented the commencement address.
