Steven Sebastian Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Steven Sebastian of Cape Girardeau, Mo., has received the Governor's Scholarship to attend Southeast Missouri State University. Sebastian is the son of Steve and Paula Sebastian or Cape Girardeau. He will be a 2012 graduate of Jackson Senior High School in Jackson, Mo.
