Steven Meyer of Cape Girardeau, Mo., has received the President's Scholarship to attend Southeast Missouri State University. Meyer is the son of Allan Meyer of Jackson, Mo., and Gail Meyer of Cape Girardeau. He will be a 2012 graduate of Cape Central High School in Cape Girardeau
