Spencer McGruder Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Spencer McGruder of East Prairie, MO, has received the Regents' Scholarshipto attend Southeast Missouri State University for the 2014-2015 academic year.

McGruder is the son of Eric and Michelle McGruder of East Prairie, Mo., and will be a 2014 graduate of East Prairie High School.
