Southeast Student Paige Steinhoff Graduates Emerging Leaders

Paige Steinhoff of St. Charles, Mo., has completed the Emerging Leaders Program at Southeast Missouri State University.]

Steinhoff is the daughter of Ralph and Robin Steinhoff of St. Charles. She was a 2011 graduate of Orchard Farms High School in St. Charles. Steinhoff is a sophomore at Southeast majoring in social studies education and double minoring in history and Spanish. She is a member of the Social Studies Educators Association and Phi Alpha Theta National Honor Society for history students, and is a past member of Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society and the student government.

Emerging Leaders is a spring semester, University-sponsored student leadership program designed to further the development of the University's future leaders by refining their current leadership abilities and instilling in them a commitment to the campus and community. The program is open to first-year and second-year students interested in developing their leadership skills and connecting with other students. Topics such as communication, diversity, time management and professionalism are covered through fun, creative activities and personal exploration.
