Southeast Student Dionne Wagner Graduates Emerging Leaders

Dionne Wagner of St. Louis, Mo., has completed the Emerging Leaders Program at Southeast Missouri State University.]

Wagner is the daughter of Danielle Jones. She was a 2012 graduate of Life for Life Academy in St. Louis. Wagner is a freshman at Southeast majoring in psychology and minoring in family studies. She is a member of the First-Year Leadership Program.

Emerging Leaders is a spring semester, University-sponsored student leadership program designed to further the development of the University's future leaders by refining their current leadership abilities and instilling in them a commitment to the campus and community. The program is open to first-year and second-year students interested in developing their leadership skills and connecting with other students. Topics such as communication, diversity, time management and professionalism are covered through fun, creative activities and personal exploration.
