Shelby Ratliff Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Shelby Ratliff of Farmington, MO, has received the Community College Scholarship to attend Southeast Missouri State University for the 2015-2016 academic year.

Ratliff is the daughter of Keith and Donna Ratliff of Farmington, Missouri, and was a 2013 graduate of Farmington High School and a 2014 graduate of Mineral Area College.
