Shelby Melton Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Shelby Melton of Auburn, IL, has received the Regents' Scholarship to attend Southeast Missouri State University for the 2013-2014 academic year.

She will be a 2013 graduate of Auburn High School. She is the daughter of Russ Melton and Conni Melton of Auburn, Ill.
