Shelby Humphrey Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Shelby Humphrey of Charleston, Mo., has received the President's Scholarship to attend Southeast Missouri State University.

Humphrey is the daughter of Jeff and Vickie Humphrey of Charleston. She was a 2012 graduate of Charleston High School in Charleston.
