Shelby Feldmann Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Shelby Feldmann of Steeleville, Ill., has received the Regional Achievement Award III to attend Southeast Missouri State University.

Feldmann is the daughter of Don and Dot Feldmann of Steeleville. She was a 2010 graduate of Steeleville High School in Steeleville.
