Savanah Phelps Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Savanah Phelps of Malden, Mo., has received the University Scholarship and Residence Life Leadership Award to attend Southeast Missouri State University for the 2013-2014 academic year.

Phelps is the daughter of Greg and Judy Phelps of Malden. She will be a 2013 graduate of Malden High School in Malden.
