Sarah Bindel Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Sarah Bindel of Rockwood, IL, has received the Midwest Achievement Award to attend Southeast Missouri State University for the 2015-2016 academic year.

Bindel is a 2014 graduate of Chester High School.
