Samantha Voepel Graduates from Southeast Missouri State University

Samantha Voepel of O'Fallon, MO, was among 929 undergraduate students receiving degrees following spring 2014 commencement exercises May 17 at Southeast Missouri State University.

Voepel graduated with a Certificate with a major in autism spectrum disorders and a Bachelor of Science in Education with a major in elementary education .

Dr. Muriel Howard, president of the American Association of State Colleges and Universities (AASCU), delivered the commencement address.
