Samantha Kelsey Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Samantha Kelsey of O'Fallon, MO, has received the University Scholarship and Residence Life Leadership Award to attend Southeast Missouri State University for the 2015-2016 academic year.

Kelsey is the daughter of Wendy and Steve Forshee of O'Fallon, Mo., and will be a 2015 graduate of Fort Zumwalt North High School.
