Samantha Greenway Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Samantha Greenway of St. Charles, Mo., has received the President's Scholarship to attend Southeast Missouri State University.

Greenway is the daughter of Roy Greeneway of St. Charles and Elizabeth and Charles Kincaid of St. Charles. She will be a 2012 graduate of Francis Howell High School in St. Charles.
