Ryan Rhodes Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Ryan Rhodes of Sparta, Ill., has received the University Scholarship-MSEP and Regional Achievement Award-MSEP to attend Southeast Missouri State University. Rhodes is the son of William and Phyllis Rhodes of Sparta. He will be a 2012 graduate of Sparta High School in Sparta.
