Robin Koetting Graduates from Southeast Missouri State University

Robin Koetting, of Cape Girardeau, MO, was among students receiving degrees during December 2012 commencement exercises held at Southeast Missouri State University.

Koetting graduated with a Bachelor of Science with a major in human environmental studies, child development option.

U.S. Sen. Roy Blunt presented the commencement address.
