Riley James Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Riley James of Emden, Mo., has received the President's Scholarship and Missouri Leadership Award to attend Southeast Missouri State University.

James is the daughter of Bryan and Diane James of Emden. She will be a 2012 graduate of Monroe City High School in Monroe City, Mo.
