Richkard Copeland Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Richkard Copeland of St. Louis, MO, has received the Residence Life Leadership Award to attend Southeast Missouri State University for the 2016-2017 academic year.

Copeland is the daughter of Kent Copeland, Angela Copeland-Pilch and Brian Pilch and will be a 2016 graduate of Oakville High School.
