Rebekah Layton Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Rebekah Layton of Charleston, Mo., has received the Regents' Scholarship and Missouri Boys'/Girls' State to attend Southeast Missouri State University. Layton is the daughter of Joe Layton of Charleston. She will be a 2012 graduate of Charleston High School in Charleston.
