Rafael Ikeda Graduates from Southeast Missouri State University

Rafael Ikeda of Fukuroi, Japan , was among 929 undergraduate students receiving degrees following spring 2014 commencement exercises May 17 at Southeast Missouri State University.

Ikeda graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in international business .

Dr. Muriel Howard, president of the American Association of State Colleges and Universities (AASCU), delivered the commencement address.
