Rachel Weatherford Graduates from Southeast Missouri State University

Rachel Weatherford of St. Louis, MO, was among 1,333 students receiving degrees during spring 2013 commencement exercises May 11 at Southeast Missouri State University.

Weatherford graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts with a major in mass communication: journalism option .

Gary Downing, a Southeast alumnus and chief executive officer of Insight Pharmaceuticals, presented the commencement address.
