Rachel Tilmon Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Rachel Tilmon of Bernie, Mo., has received the President's Plus Scholarship and Missouri Leadership Award to attend Southeast Missouri State University. Tilmon is the daughter of Terry and Linda Tilmon of Bernie. She will be a 2012 graduate of Bernie High School in Bernie.
