Rachel Kertz Graduates from Southeast Missouri State University

Rachel Kertz, of St. Mary, MO, was among students receiving degrees during December commencement exercises held at Southeast Missouri State University.

Kertz graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of General Studies with a major in general studies and Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science with a major in communication disorders.

Lt. Gen. Clyde Vaughn, a 1968 graduate of Southeast Missouri State University and retired director of the Army National Guard, presented the commencement address.
