Rachel Hutchcraft Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Rachel Hutchcraft of Florissant, MO, has received the University Scholarship to attend Southeast Missouri State University for the 2015-2016 academic year.

Hutchcraft will be a 2015 graduate of Hazelwood West High School.
