Rachel Hearnes Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Rachel Hearnes of Charleston, MO has received the University Scholarship and Residence Life Leadership Award to attend Southeast Missouri State University for the 2014-2015 academic year.

Hearnes is the daughter of Robert and Becky Hearnes of Charleston, Mo., and will be a 2014 graduate of Notre Dame Regional High School.
