Rachel Fox Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Rachel Fox of Romeoville, IL, has received the Midwest Achievement Award, President's Scholarship, Visual and Performing Arts Scholarship and Education Access Program Award to attend Southeast Missouri State University for the 2015-2016 academic year.

Fox is the daughter of Coleen Fox of Romeoville, Illinois, and is a 2015 graduate of Romeoville High School.
