Rachel Allard Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Rachel Allard of Troy, Ill., has received the Midwest Achievement Award to attend Southeast Missouri State University for the 2014-2015 academic year.

Allard is the daughter of Mark and Lynn Allard of Troy, Ill., and is a 2014 graduate of Lewis and Clark Community College and a 2012 graduate of Triad High School in Troy, Ill.
