Rachel Allard Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Rachel Allard of Troy , IL, has received the Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship to attend Southeast Missouri State University for the 2014-2015 academic year.

Allard is the daughter of Mark and Lynn Allard of Troy, Ill., and was a 2012 graduate of Triad High School and a 2014 graduate of Lewis and Clark Community College.
