Racheal Grear Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Racheal Grear of Zeigler, Ill., has received the Midwest Achievement Award to attend Southeast Missouri State University for the 2013-2014 academic year.

Grear is the daughter of David and Stefeny Grear of Zeigler. She was a 2012 graduate of Zeigler-Royalton High School in Zeigler and a 2013 graduate of John A. Logan College in Carterville, Ill.
