Peter McNelly Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Peter McNelly of Bismarck, MO, has received the Community College Scholarship and Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship to attend Southeast Missouri State University beginning in Spring 2017.

McNelly is the son of David McNelly of Fairview Heights, Illinois, and Angela McNelly of Bismarck, Missouri, and is the godson of Betty Townsend of Bismarck, Missouri. He is a graduate of a homeschool high school program and a 2016 graduate of Mineral Area Community College.
