Penchant Palmer Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Penchant Palmer of Jackson, Mo., has received the Regents' Scholarship to attend Southeast Missouri State University. Palmer is the daughter of Doug and Liz Palmer of Jackson. She will be a 2012 graduate of Jackson High School in Jackson.
