Peggy Fowler Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Peggy Fowler of Puxico, Mo., has received the Community College Scholarship to attend Southeast Missouri State University for the 2013-2014 academic year.

Fowler is married to Jimmy Ray Fowler, Jr. She is the daughter of Phillie Stephens of Broken Bow, Okla., and Bonnie Vent of Wappapello, Mo. She was a 2001 graduate of Penn Foster High School in Scranton, Penn., and a 2013 graduate of Three Rivers Community College in Poplar Bluff, Mo.
