Parker Butler Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Parker Butler of East Prairie, Mo., has received the President's Scholarship and Missouri Leadership Award to attend Southeast Missouri State University. Butler is the son of Floyd and Kim Butler of East Prairie. He will be a 2012 graduate of East Prairie High School in East Prairie.
