Natasha Owens Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Natasha Owens of Madison, Ill., has received the Foundation Leader Award to attend Southeast Missouri State University. Owens is the daughter of Kimberly King of Madison. She will be a 2012 graduate of Imagine College Prep High School in St. Louis, Mo.
