Morgan Holmes Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Morgan Holmes of O'Fallon, MO, has received the Regents' Scholarship to attend Southeast Missouri State University for the 2015-2016 academic year.

Holmes is the daughter of Todd and Connie Holmes of O'Fallon, Missouri, and will be a 2015 graduate of Fort Zumwalt West High School.
