Miranda Hall Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Miranda Hall of St. Louis, Mo., has received the Regents' Scholarship to attend Southeast Missouri State University. Hall is the daughter of Ralph Hall and Shelley Hall, both of St. Louis. She will be a 2012 graduate of Mehlville High School in St. Louis.
