Millicent Odhiambo Graduates from Southeast Missouri State University

Millicent Odhiambo, of Cape Girardeau, MO, was among students receiving degrees during December commencement exercises held at Southeast Missouri State University.

Odhiambo graduated with academic distinction with a Master of Arts with a major in mental health counseling.

Lt. Gen. Clyde Vaughn, a 1968 graduate of Southeast Missouri State University and retired director of the Army National Guard, presented the commencement address.
