Michael Copeland Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Michael Copeland of Bardwell, KY, has received the Midwest Achievement Award and Visual and Performing Arts Scholarship to attend Southeast Missouri State University for the 2016-2017 academic year.

Copeland is a 1992 graduate of Phoenix High School.
