Melissa Neiswander Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Melissa Neiswander of St. Peters, Mo., has received the Regents' Scholarship to attend Southeast Missouri State University.

Neiswander is the daughter of Dan and Michele Neiswander of St. Peters. She will be a 2012 graduate of Fort Zumwalt East High School in St. Peters.
